Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

BulkMedia is an image conversion utility operated by TM Softs, available at bulkmedia.tmsofts.in. For any privacy question you can contact us at support@tmsofts.in.

2. Your images and files

We do not collect, receive, store, transmit or view the images you process. The converter uses your browser's built-in image decoding and encoding capabilities (the Canvas API and Web Workers) to read and re-encode files locally on your device.

Because no file ever leaves your device, we cannot recover, restore or inspect any image you convert. If you close the tab, the converted results are discarded unless you have already downloaded them.

3. Information we do collect

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when you load a page. These can include:

• Your IP address
• Browser type and version, and operating system
• The page you requested and the time of the request
• Referring website, if any

These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics. They never contain your image files.

4. Cookies and local storage

BulkMedia uses browser storage for two purposes:

• Theme preference — a value stored in localStorage so your light/dark choice is remembered.
• Converter settings — your last used format, quality and resize options, stored locally so you do not re-enter them.

Both are stored on your own device, are never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. We do not use cookies for tracking on our own.

5. Advertising

This site is free and is supported by advertising. When advertising is enabled, we use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and others.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
• For more information, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent message is shown before advertising cookies are used, in line with GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. Advertising and analytics storage remain disabled until consent is given.

6. Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and where the interface causes friction. Analytics data is aggregated and includes no image content. IP anonymisation is enabled. Analytics storage also respects the consent signal described above.

7. Third-party links

Our pages link to other websites operated by TM Softs and to reference pages such as Google's advertising settings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites; please review their policies separately.

8. Children's privacy

BulkMedia is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we never receive your files, no images of any person are stored by us.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, or to object to its processing. Since we do not hold an account system or user database, in practice the only data we hold is server log information. To exercise any right, contact support@tmsofts.in.

10. Data retention

Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymised. Converted images exist only in your browser's memory and are removed when you close or reload the page.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We recommend checking this page occasionally.
