Terms of Use

By using BulkMedia ("the Service"), operated by TM Softs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

BulkMedia is a free, browser-based utility for converting, compressing and resizing images. All processing happens on your own device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your files.

2. Free of charge

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We do not require registration, do not impose a daily conversion limit, and do not charge for downloads.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process material you do not have the legal right to use or modify.
• Create or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes copyright or depicts the abuse of minors.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service or the infrastructure that serves it.
• Automate bulk requests to the website itself (scraping the pages), as opposed to legitimate use of the converter in a browser.

You are solely responsible for the images you process and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to your images. Because the files never leave your device, we never obtain a licence, ownership interest or copy of them. We have no ability to access, review or delete anything you convert.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Image conversion depends on your browser's own decoding and encoding engine. Results may vary between browsers and devices. Some formats — notably HEIC in browsers other than Safari — cannot be decoded without a third-party library and will be flagged rather than converted.

Always keep your original files. We cannot recover images you have converted and overwritten.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TM Softs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, which is zero.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time without notice. We are not obliged to maintain the Service and do not guarantee uptime.

8. Third-party services

The site may display advertising served by third parties and may load content from third-party networks. Your interaction with those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our privacy policy for details.

9. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, text and branding are owned by TM Softs and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from the site itself without permission. This does not affect your rights in the images you process.

10. Governing terms

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
